Kursaal Congress Centre is on three floors: ground, 1st and 2nd floor connected by steps or lifts (90x150x140 cm) with Braille and raised push button controls and sound and visual signals of arrival at each floor.
Outdoor car parks are for a fee and 2 parking spaces are available for the people with a sticker. The main entrance is accessible after climbing 12 steps while the secondary entrance can be reached by way of and external lift (80x110x122 cm). The lift can be used by calling on an intercom.
On the ground floor you can find the reception desk (110 cm high) and the Bastioni exhibition room. In order to reach the hall, where are two cloakrooms and the lifts, you have to take a ramp with a 20% slope.

On the first floor are Keno 1 and Keno 2 rooms, with about 40 seats each placed in stalls, and the restaurant room, furnished with round tables having a useful space of 75 cm below. Upon request, the cook can prepare dishes for coeliacs, vegetarians and people with intolerances.
Note that the restaurant room can be reached directly from outdoors using a lift (80x119x118 cm not signposted), at 100 metres from the main entrance.
On this floor the toilets equipped for disabled people are in the women’s restroom. The floor mounted WC with front opening is 50 cm high and has front or left access, grab handle on the left.
On the second floor are Titano (180 seats), Libertas (50 seats) and Arengo (340 seats) conference rooms. Arengo and Titano have a speaker podium at the end of 3 steps of 16 cm in height each.
On this floor there are two toilets for disabled people: one for men and the other for women facing each other. The one for women has a front opening and is 50 cm high. It has front or right access, grab handle on the right.
