The Hotel covers 2 floors connected by a staircase or a lift (77x95x120cm) with raised and Braille button panel, alarm button at 126cm from the ground and signal upon arrival at each floor (the button corresponding to each floor lights up at the arrival).
The car park reserved to clients is in front of the Hotel, along Via 4 Giugno, and it is connected to the main entrance by an earthenware tile ramp (123x162cm) with a gradient of 8%.
The entrance has a hinged door and there is a bell (not signposted) outside.
On the ground floor, all the rooms are connected by unimpeded ways: the reception, with a 116cm high desk, the breakfast room, with an 80cm high buffet table and furnished with square tables with a central leg and 70cm of space underneath, and the TV room.
The accessible toilet has a washroom with a suspended washbasin. Inside, the WC is suspended with a front opening of 49cm and front and right access.
The hotel has 28 rooms. The most accessible ones are on the basement floor (-1).
Room No.208 is furnished with two 48cm high moving beds with front and side access. The toilet is equipped with a sliding door, a 52cm high floor-mounted WC with front access, handrail on the left and a shower box with a 41cm large door and a 6cm high step.
Room No.209 is a four-bed room equipped with 50cm high beds with front and right access. The toilet has a sliding door, a 52cm high floor-mounted WC with front access, handrail on the right and a shower box with a 39cm large door and a 6cm high step.
Both rooms have a terrace, with a 70cm large window and a 6cm high step, and are equipped with fridge, television, telephone and air-conditioning.
In the event of alarm, it is possible to reach a static safe place from either room.
Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for blind people.
